Learning to Live,Learning to Love©Phase ILifeQuest Center is affiliated with Life Skills International, located in Aurora, Colorado and has been providing the Learning to Love, Learning to Love© program to Champaign and surrounding communities since 1989. The program is for any individual who is searching for answers to such questions as: · Why do I say the things I do? · Why do I act the way I do? · I am a good person; why do I always feel so bad? · Why can’t I get along with the people I love? Dr. Paul Hegstrom, founder of Life Skills International and author of the program, states, “What I understand I can deal with; what I don’t understand makes me crazy!” Phase I is designed to meet the deep relationship needs of individuals and families. The curriculum is structured to address behavior that can cause strained, broken or abusive relationships.
